Generally, students of all the cadmic levels such as school, college or university have to face the problem of sleep deprivation. Ideally, to maintain a healthy lifestyle, students should take a sleep of 8 hours every night but most of the students don’t follow it. The lack of proper sleep is one of the major reasons why students get poor grades as it seriously influences their overall physical health and mental condition.   1. Don’t take alcohol
